dotfile switching #9

An easy way to switch dot files!

Essentially the user can create a file such as fdf.conf and then the command will automatically use the data stored there to switch between your files.

Either from git, the planned fdf server or from a local set of fdf instruction scripts.

Usage example (subject to change):

fdf switch <preset name or number>

OR a selector with up down arrows, h/j etc etc.
